Coach Muse is an individual and organisational development company, offering a range of services, including one-on-one, team and group development through: executive coaching, leadership development, team/group dynamics workshops and events, and psychometric assessment services, all of which can be delivered virtually, with an on-site option if preferred. These services are specifically tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring that they receive the most bespoke, relevant and optimal service possible.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is a confidential partnership between a professional coach and an executive, offering a trusted space for growth. As a confidential sounding board and motivator, a leadership coach helps leaders reach their full potential. Coaching can be one-on-one or with leadership teams, where we will identify strengths, blind spots, and strategies for success. We start from where you are, defining your aspirations and crafting a tailored development journey. Whether refining leadership skills or accelerating career growth, our personalised coaching unlocks new opportunities for lasting success.

Teams and Groups

At CoachMuse, we focus on creating personalised coaching and team development events to improve teamwork, leadership skills, and overall performance. We offer custom programmes e.g. one-on-one coaching, team workshops, with or without psychometric development assessments. As certified experts in various personality tools, we assist teams in better understanding their own styles, interpersonal relationships, and how to handle conflicts at work. Our expertise in Positive Political Intelligence and Neuro-Linguistic Programming empowers individuals and organisations to drive meaningful change through enhanced communication, influence, and strategic thinking.

Psychometric and Assessments Services

Our bespoke coaching programmes enhance team performance, leadership, and collaboration through tailored development initiatives. Team dynamics workshops create stronger communication, trust, and synergy, improving workplace relationships. Psychometric assessments, including MBTI, FIRO-B, TKI, and EBW, provide deep insights into personality preferences, conflict resolution styles, and emotional intelligence, enabling teams to work more effectively.
